Just like the title, can this run bf4 medium settings at 60fps?

Also try getting at least a 60gb ssd (I'd recommend a 120 gb one) since it can speed up your pc drastically. You don't really have to go with a high end model, just get yourself a cheaper sata3 ssd and you will already feel the difference.
