Which one , EVGA SC ACX 780ti vs 970 Gigabyte G1?

Evening all , i'm into the market for a new graphics card , but i can't decide between a used 780ti SC acx ( 4 years warranty left) for 350€ or a brand new gigabyte g1 970 for 400€. I mean wouldn't the 780ti be the winner of these two in terms of raw horsepower? ( gaming in 1440p)I'm mostly concerned about longevity , will the 3GB of vram on the TI hold for at least 2 more years?

I believe the GTX 780ti is still slightly faster in pure horsepower. However i would still get the gtx 970 gaming G1 because the vram will make it last longer than the 780 ti.

AS Techy said, the GTX 780ti is still a bit faster but the 970 is more efficient and will probably be better lasting.

Hmm , but don't the 3gigs of 384bit get utilized much more efficiently than the 4gigs of 256bit?
