can my 400w power supply handle a gtx 660 ti

hi im looking to upgrade my gpu and im looking at a gta 600 ti and was wondering if my 400w psu could handle the new card
computer specs
cpu- 3.5 GHz FX-Series Six-Core FX-6300
ram- 8 GB DDR3
HDD- 1024 GB SATA 3

Both of those two cards are the same I would recommend this http://www.bestbuy.com/site/evga-geforce-gtx-750-ti-graphic-card-1176-mhz-core-2-gb-gddr5-sdram-pci-express-3-0-x16/5354014.p?skuId=5354014&id=1219120768922 The other one is slightly more overclocked, (just a little faster you wont even know a difference it's probably like 5-10 fps more maybe even less) Don't buy the bigger one it requires external power (2 fans)

If you have a 6pin power connector on your 400wa psu you should buy the gtx 750ti 2fan
