Overall a good build, I'd up the mobo to the Z97 A at a minimum and prob the the Z97 Pro or the Z97 Hero. The rest looks pretty good, will be good for gaming as well as the video editing, et al...and don't worry about water cooling the 212 EVO can keep your CPU cool up through about 4.6

I'll give it a 6.
1. overpriced Asus motherboard for the quality of parts they use on it.
2. To small of a SSD 250GB is easier to manage the EVO also needs a firmware update (make sure to do that first thing after loading the OS) http://www.anandtech.com/show/8617/samsung-releases-firmware-update-to-fix-the-ssd-840-evo-read-performance-bug
3. If this is for gaming 8GB of memory is all that's needed and the performance difference in the i7 over the i5 is not worth the 30% price increase almost 0 FPS difference.
4. Not really the quality of a power supply I would choose.
Read the reviews on that crap Asus board. http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132128&AID=10657534&PID=3938566&SID=&nm_mc=AFC-C8JunctionCA&cm_mmc=AFC-C8JunctionCA-_-na-_-na-_-na&utm_medium=affiliates&utm_source=afc-%zn

What parts would you suggest to make this build a 10 without going way over $1600?!

Also, this is made for editing, streaming, and gaming, hence the 16 GB kit and the i7!
