My older computer with a MS-7345 motherboard was working fine untill i cut the power off one day and now i cannot find a way to turn it back on. I know the power Supply is working because the small red light indicating the mother board is in standby is turning on, but i can no longer switch it on. I have re hooked the pins to the case power switch and eben unpluged everything and cannot find whats wrong. Thanks in advance for any help.

PSU might be OK in standby mode, but it still could be the culprit for not starting up your system. I would get a different one (borrowed if needed) just to check the rest of the system. If it boots fine, you have the answer.
If not, check the motherboard for any sign of damage (swollen capacitors, smoked-out areas etc).
