Reasoning for parts

CPU: I chose the intel i5 4690k, devils canyon, because of its 4 very strong cores for gaming and light video editing and it single core power and overclocking power

CPU Cooler: I do not want a liquid cooler, because a lot of my friends have been having leaking issues, so I have decided to use a CM hyper 212 EVO, and have decided to use not 1 different fan but 2, the two fans I will be using to replace the stock one are the two cougar fans, because they have static pressure, and will push the air through the resistance of the heat sink fast, better and will allow the heat to escape faster.

Thermal Paste: I know it does not have the best spread, but it does allow heat to get absorbed by the heat sink very fast, and if I apply the X pattern spread, it well spread everywhere, and keep the CPU cool.

Motherboard: This is a great motherboard from MSI, Z97, great aesthetics, lots of USB ports, able to have an M.2 SSD Card, to have it run 10x faster than a regular ssd, and has amazing build quality. Overall this board has a great performance to price ratio.

Memory: I chose the G-skill ram 1866 ram, because it is only 2 dollars more than 1600, and is 266 faster, and also matches the color of my build. Also since this is low profile ram, it will be a great fit, because of the heat sinks size.

Storage: On the M.2-2280, the current fastest version of a M.2 Card, I will only have the OS, a few programs that I use daily, such as Google chrome, and Microsoft office, I have heard they are so fast, that they do not even let the animations complete halfway. Than for the Intel 730 SSD, this is where I will store all my programs, because it want everything to be fast and quick, and hey with the amount of money I'm spending on this I want it to be the best it can be. Than for videos, photos, documents, and other junk, I have a 1TB WD Blue, because they are reliable and well priced.

GPU: I chose this GPU, because it will work better with the MoBo, because this will sync better, and have less problems than other graphics cards, and was the only well priced card that I could find that Supported G-Sync.

Case: Corsair 750D, great ascetics, great cooling, great size, great price, enough said.

Power Supply: I chose this power supply, because it is very efficient, and the PSU fan does not work until it is under a heavy load, so that will be good for keeping the PC quiet, and the look of it through the window will be pleasing.

Fans: I recently learnt a lot about fans, and have decided to go with the Nocuta NF-P14s, because they are they same quality as the regular poop brown colored ones, but sexier, and half the price, and have static pressure, which is important since they going to be in the front of the case so that they can let the air get through in a wider surface area. Than I have the CM R2 smoke black fans, to put on the top, rear, and only one at the bottom of my case, to keep the build cool, and in very safe temps, and quiet especially. And the two Cougars will be on the Heat sink letting heat go to the top and rear, much better and keep the temps lower.

So tell me what do you think about my Build? All opinions and thoughts will be appreciated. Thanks and have a good day.
