bsod with windows 7 64 bit and no bsod with win 7 32 bit

hi guys.. i keep constantly getting BSOD with windows 7 64 bit with different error texts .. i swiched to win 7 32 bit version and is perfectly fine .. but i want to make use of the 8 gb ram i have . I have a toshiba sattelite l650 1mm laptop. any suggestions? i think i shoul take it to a pc service as i asume that it is hadware related. still anything will help .. Thank you.

uninstalled.. but still i don't think that is the cause ..Toshiba OS independent 2.40-WIN bios update i flashed


it is from the official website

Looks like this 0x0000009c stop error can mean the CPU is overheating, it's faulty

Only other thing it maybe is some of the files on the hdd are old

TVALZ_O.SYS is old / from 2007. Looks like belongs to ACPI or something

bcmwl664.sys is from 2010. This belongs to wireless drivers

nwifi.sys is old / from 2009 - wireless drivers

HECIx64.sys which belongs to Intel Management Engine is old / from 2009. See if there are updates on the Intel site

well .. cpu overheat is excluded .. msi afterburner shows 45- 46 degree.. the fan is not spining when browsing .. only when gaming... and its on a cooling pad.. the radiator is clean such as the thermal paste is like 6 monts old .. maybe the cpu is faulty but why its all ok on 32 bit version?? seriously for 2 months on 32 bits . .there was no bsod at all.. and i updatet the drivers through slim drivers.. not shure if it is the best solution but still. Also if it helps .. sometimes the sound goes off when it's on hdmi .. so i need to disable an enable the device.

overclocking only when gaming .. and the odd thing is that whe in game it never crashed . i was running shadow of mordor on it and it was fine.. like playing for 4 hours .. also far cry 4 .. still nothing .. it's a preety reliable gpu in terms of overclocking and still doing that for about 2 years allready.. still 32 or 64 bit didn't crush once while gaming even when overclocking up to 659 mhz on core cloch and up to 1040 mhz on memory clock.. the temps are ok .. its like a custom cooling i managed) still the bsod happens when browcing .. wathing videos online.. like youtube .. and others .. and it doesn like multitasking.. when running alot of programs simultaneously .. like photoshop , lightroom .. and google crome .. viber skype .. exploring and other thing running at once..
thats when it crushess.. and the afterburner is not used at all its not in the processes even.
