I am getting ready to purchase the components to my first budget build and would like to get everyone's opinions.

The goal for this build is to have a good system that will last me for a good amount of time. I plan to crossfire the r9 270 in a year or 2 when it starts to get more outdated. I don't plan on overclocking the CPU right away. I will likely do this after I can get some better cooling etc(wife is holding me to a tight budget).

Without adding too much additional cost what do you guys think? Anything that you would change? Notice anything that won't work or could cause problems? Will the cooling options that are provided be fine from the case/cpu?

look at the cosair cases there are few right now on newegg that are close to the price of the case you picked out the cosair cases have drive bay open for long gpu. for the ssd pay little more for a samsung or intel unit. have better firmware support. if you have local micro center the 4590 is 160.00 there also combo deals with intel cpu and mb. the power supply is not a good unit

also picked out older oem disk pick up the 8.1 of windows for the same price.

1 more thing. PC part picker shows this message: ASRock Z97 EXTREME4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard has an onboard USB 3.0 header, but the Cooler Master Elite 430 ATX Mid Tower Case does not have front panel USB 3.0 ports.

So, I will still have access to rear USB 3.0 ports?

I have updated to windows 8.1

Do you believe that I will run into problems with the cooler master elite? What about the Corsair Carbide Series SPEC-03 Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Gaming Case?

Do you find this one better? If not then what other cases would you suggest and why?

The power supply was suggested to me by one of the top contributors from the site. Something with that supply that might have been overlooked?

Also, I haven't found any deals comparable for the cpu/mobo combos.

Thanks for all the help man I appreciate you taking the time to look into it.
