I'd opt for a better power supply. Maybe in the 650w range or more. You're not going to get much in the way of a solid psu for that price.

updated with the antec 750w hcg semi modular which I believe is a seasonic made psu. Even though it's more than you need for your current setup it's better to have a buffer before reaching the max output of your psu. Especially if you want to make any upgrades down the road that require more than the bare minimum your psu is putting out, you'll be very limited or forced to buy another psu. Keep in mind better psu's differ and come at a higher price because of the steady ripple free power they provide to components. Hope this helps (just a suggestion on the psu).
