I need to get data off a hard drive from my last Hackintosh

The drive won't show in Windows or Mac OS X with the use of an internal drive adapter. The drive is a 2TB Seagate. I can only see it in windows disk management although when I right click the only option is to delete the volume. I'm sure I could do this then create a partition and the drive would work fine although I would have no data on it! I need to get the data off :) Thanks in advance for your help!!

oh... it will only show in disk management when it's plugged into my pc as an internal drive... when i use the internal drive adapter it says installing software then says couldn't install it and doesnt do anything... it only did that once and now it wont even do that... Thanks guys n gals!
