I want to OC the fx 8320 but don't have the money to get a good cpu cooler (212). Do i have to OC it right away or in the near future?

Solution
Cooling the CPU is an essential part of OCing, no doubt, but if the stock cooler does a decent job and you're in a air conditioned environment, then OCing from day one shouldn't be too much of an issue.
The 212 will certainly help keep the temps lower than the stock cooler will at higher frequencies, but, at small steps while OCing the CPU even the stock HSF will suffice.

dont know why all the snide answers here.simple question.what the op is asking is if he doesnt oc now does that mean he cant do it later after os install etc.not a problem.you can overclock anytime after your build.the evo 212 is a good cooler by the way.read people.
