Choosing which case fans to connect to MB and which to PSU

I'm putting together a new system. My new motherboard (Asus H97-Plus) has two chassis fan headers. My new case (Rosewill Challenger U-3) comes with three fans; front, rear, and top. Each fan comes with both a 3-pin and Molex connector, so I can choose which fan(s) I plug into the motherboard, and which I plug straight into the PSU. I already understand that any fan plugged into the MB is controllable and any plugged into the PSU will run at full speed. I will not be buying any splitters, nor a fan controller.

My question is, if I have three fans and only two headers, which fan (or fans) should plug straight into the PSU? I'm seeking opinions and rationales for deciding which fans are better to be able to control, and which may as well run at full speed. Thanks for your thoughts.
