How to disable GPU driver from BIOS?

When I boot up my PC it gets black screen and I know its corruption issue because after chkdsk I can boot up my pc but as I try to uninstall driver my pc crashes to prevent system from damage. I have a Palit GTX 660 and some Gigabyte motherboard and an i7 2600.

Edit : It crashes in safe mode.

when uninstalling? or it crashes randomly?
check your ram also, run memtest if possible,

minimize your factors, remove all ram sticks except 1, remove other hdd's too except the one with windows, things like that, then start working

your last option, is to reinstall windows. backup your things of course
