If you want an average 30 fps, that laptop should do it, but probably not at the highest settings. VRAM-intensive settings, such as AA and very high quality textures will most likely need to be disabled.

The new overhauled Sommoner's Rift is quite taxing on the graphics card, so you probably won't be able to turn all of the eye candy on.
