i tried to install the driver update for the teredo tunneling pseudo-interface but it failed because it said the device couldn't start. What do I do to solve this problem?

Solution

Sorry, no solution to provide but I have a comment: According to my PC and printer, we do need the IPv6 & it's missing adapter's drivers. When I check Devices & Drivers to troubleshoot , the icon in error state is my PC (and network printers) When I hit properties to initiate a repair the system goes into overdrive attempting to install missing drivers - 6 of them , 2 of them Microsoft, 4 HP printer drivers which are reportedly "missing" . Which is absurd as I've visited HP site so many times for drivers updates and Full Drivers downloads they know me by my first name and ask about my dog. Not really but fact is , it's not the printer...

Not really but fact is , it's not the printer in error mode per se, the error mode is caused by the 2 missing Microsoft drivers (WPD Enhanced Storage Password Driver, error 10 and Teredo) which are causing all the problems . As I type I am also printing, so obviously the PC and printer are functional. I just can't do a damn thing wirelessly= money down the drain for a 'compatible' wireless system. Win 7 home pre 64 bit
