Can i fit a standard Gigabyte motherboard in Dell Optiplex GX620 Pc tower
and i'm talking cables not the size or orientation ?

Solution
Sorry, that's custom DELL than, it won't work with Your MSi motherboard. The only way how You can make it work and hope for the best, is that they set the power pins, reset pins, hdd led pins somewhere close in that interface, and rip it out with scissors, and solder standart pin endings to the cables. It's a bad idea. Get a new case, that's Your best shot.

You'd need to find the schematics for that custom iDE cable that powers standard power/hdd/speaker and modify it. I do not suggest doing that, since You don't have extra "ide" hybrid cable.
It uses a custom motherboard and a custom shield for motherboards connectors, so I don't think You'd be able to. Anyway, getting a new case is pretty cheap. And You can pretty much eat up everything from Your Dell Optilex [cpu, ram, hdd/ssd, odd] besides PSU of course.

I managed to put the motherboard and break the back plate but it seemed that this cable "http://" doesn't fit in my motherboard" http://, I don't know if i can fit this cable in my motherboard because my motherboard don't have the same slot that fits it yet the motherboard not booting

Woa, what exactly is using old iDE cable in Your Dell Optilex? Optical drive, or HDD?

Nuwan Fernando - he's having a problem with iDE cable and iDE connector not PSU.

It's actually a floppy disk drive. You're using a floppy drive on Your dell?

Anyway, I'm gonna check the specs on Your MSi mobo:

One is for FDD [floppy disk drive], other should be for iDE HDD/ODD [hdd or optical drive].

The old IDE cable is power cable for all the functions in the front of the case INCLUDING the power button
so if this cable is not attached in the new motherboard, the power button won't work
