Just bought a used Alienware Aurora R4 (i7 3930K, 16 gig, gtx 690) and it runs like sh*t!!
My window experience index is 2.5 and that is from the cpu. The gpu is 2.9!!
I don't understand much about computers but I don't know why this pc is getting such a low score.
It is also slow on every other task and will sometimes shut itself down.
I've checked everything to the best of my knowledge, everything seems to be fine in the BIO, the alienware command centre and windows reports no problems.
It received some damage during delivery.

I got it for £800 and to be fair the seller has refunded me AND said to keep the pc (it came with a good alienware monitor/keyboard and mouse) but I would like to get the thing working properly, or is it beyond repair?
What could be the issue with it???
