I could not find a whole lot about non-water cooling competition, especially if price was involved, on any site.
I would not need one of the gigantic super-coolers as I would not be attempting large speeds, though I would like the option to consider moderate clocks in the future plus I read the 4790k fan is not mcuh.
Preferably not noctua because I consider their fan pretty ugly.
What is a good choice in the $15-$35 department?
A light that can do green or multi would be a plus.
