1600 MHz RAM showing 1439 MHz in BIOS

I have two Team Elite 1600 MHz 4Gb memories in my motherboard: M5A97 R2.0,

How can I change the frequency to 1600 MHz?

Manually set freq to 1600, the base timings to 11-11-11-30 and the DRAM voltage to 1.55

Try changing DRAM to manual and set to 1600, in your second pic change the first 4 there from the 9-9-9 etc to the above 11-11-11-30 I mentioned
