1. Will I need to take the bar code sticker off the back of my graphics card.

2. When installing drivers do I need to get all of them or just the latest.

1. As long as it's not in the way of the connection i think it should be ok.
2. Well having all your components updated to the latest software/firmware usually allows it to run at its best. I would recommend after you build and install windows and devices, go to device manager and update all components.
