I have a good PC but games like Assassins Creed Black Flag or Call of Duty: Ghosts lag??

Specs:
Intel Core i7-4790 3.60 GHz
8.00 GB RAM
Geforce gtx 750
Motherboard Model: MSI Z87-G41 PC MATE

I play Assassins Creed Black Flag almost on high with some features off, and I have 20 fps?? Please help

You're right, with that hardware you should be getting more than 20fps. It's hard to say at a glance, I'd try some basics. Completely uninstall video card drivers, reinstall them. Disable antivirus programs (they slow you down a lot) before launching games, see if that helps. Try opening task manager and see if anything is using too much CPU cycles, a background process may be chewing up your speed. Try not using max anti-aliasing, this kills frame rates. Check your device manager for anything that has an exclamation mark on it, broken or missing drivers can cause oddities. Also try this:

open command prompt as admin, type:

set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1
start devmgmt.msc

When device manager opens, click show hidden devices at the top, then remove any 'ghosted' devices in the list (they are half invisible), these can cause oddities as well.

Just some generic stuff that 'may' help..hopefully :)

Yes hes saying your GPU is low end, if you improved your GPU you'd see better FPS on "high"

Well when I bought this PC he said that this graphic card is perfect, and I should play new generation games with no prob..why would he lie to me...If you are correct, than what GPU should I take for this is PC ?

"why would he lie to you?" because people often lie to sell you things.

Anyway, the GPU is okay you can run new generation games at no issue if you play on 1080P Low settings but you will have issues at 1080p high.

Here's some example benchmarks for your card...

Thats one of your problems. You need to start using your SSD for games, and if you can, upgrade your Ram to x2 8GB

I've heard of Macedonia, at least the name.

Well, then i can't help you more than suggesting hardware. Check if you can afford a GTX 970 or R9 290X, or if you have the money a GTX 980, these are the highest GPUs. Also check the R9 280X, R9 285, GTX 770, GTX 760.

Saludos desde México.
