which system would be better, intel vs amd

i have a radeon asus r9 270
and i have the following options for the cpu and mobo
1. intel 4160 and asus z97 ar
2. amd fx 8320 and gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3

thats not a very good intel choice but i would go for the amd choice

this gigabyte is good with japanese solid capacitors and stable overclocking it will be good.
