How good is the ASUS Sabertooth Z97 Mark2 as an overclocking board?

How good is the ASUS Sabertooth Z97 Mark2 as an overclocking board? I'm about to upgrade my CPU to an i7 4790K and I'm still picking out my Motherboard. How much better can I do better at a similar price? I'm not sure how far I can take the chip, but if it gives you any idea, my cooler is a Swiftech H220. Thanks in advance.

It's a good mobo, if you want to save some on the mobo and apply it elsewhere look at the Asus Z97-A, it OCs about the same, and handles DRAM a little better
