Hi guys.
So my pc specs are-
FX 6300 at stock 3.5GHz
ATI Radeon R7 250 1GB
6 GB RAM
1280x768 resolution.

I'm getting fairly high fps on Watch_dogs and Far Cry 4, but there is always micro suttering every 5-6 seconds, its driving me crazy.
Is it because I lack a PSU? If it is, then please suggest a good one.
Also my 500 GB hard drive has only 3 GB of free space left. Is it because of that?
PS I'm a student so it'll be a little hard to buy expensive new GPUs.

Solution
Your GPU (ATI Radeon R7 250) is a lower end card, but not "rock bottom".

A PSU is a power supply - you have to have one to power your system.....

For your hard drive - you should try to keep 10-20% of the drive free at all times (that would be 50-100GB), that may be a bigger problem in your game play.

A GeForce GTZ 750ti is around $130 - $160 and is approximately 2.5-3X faster than your current rig, however, depending upon your PSU wattage (you need 400W-450W for the card), you may need to upgrade the PSU.

A 1TB hard drive is $50-$60 currently - you may be better off purchasing a larger hard drive for the system and giving that a try first.
