Realtek HD audio 5.1 Problem

Today i did an clean install of Win8.1 64bit and im expiriancing problems with the 5.1 suround. Before this i had Win7 SP1 64bit, everything was working fine. When i installed all the drivers i tried to configurate them in control panel, but there was no rear speakers. Only side,front, and center with bass. I had to change to 7.1 to enable rear speakers, but the sound is not good, its not clear and its wierd. Speakers are ok, they are not the problem. One more thing. When i tried to enter in this: http://www.sevenforums.com/attachments/sound-audio/171335d1379301293t-realtek-hd-audio-non-working-rear-speakers-capture.jpg only the green one worked, other two no. Anyone knows the solution for this kind of problem? Thanks in advance

Assuming the Realtek HD audio is on your mobo, did you go to the manufacturer's website and install their driver? Was it Win 8.1 64-bit?

If the manufacturer of the mobo doesn't have the drivers, Realtek's website has them - you need to make sure it is for Windows 8.1 64-bit (8.0 or Windows 7 drivers 32-bit or 64-bit do not work right with the audio).

Yes, every driver is ok, everything is working. But the sound is messed up, in Realtek CP everything works but when i try to play music, there comes the trouble. From the ASUS site is the Realtek downloaded. From here: https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A99FX_PRO_R20/HelpDesk_Download/ I'll try Realtek site now and yes, PC is 64bit version. Update* that is not my photo i just took it from another site to show what the problem si.

i get notification that jack is pluged but i cant see it. i click on it but nothing. only green one works

Is this the control panel you are seeing? When you hit the test button, do you hear the sounds coming out of the correct speakers?

Yes, that is the one, little newer but yes. The speakers were fine, that's what really anoyed me. I managed to solve my problem i dont know how really. I unpluged, pluged and reinstalled the program like 10 times, then once when i was about to restart, it started downloading big update and after that everything was normal. Thanks for your help btw
