Hey guys. Just bought a new video card and when I install it my PC wont start. All the fans come on the case, CPU, GPU, but the screen stays blank and the hard drive(?) light stays off. Put my old GPU back in and it all starts up.
I have a GV-R929WF3-4GD GPU ( Gigabyte windforce r9 290)
My mobo is GA-z77-ds3h
My cpu is an i5 3570k
My old GPU is an XFX Radeon HD 6850 1GB GDDR5
Suffice to say I have no idea whats up. I have a 650w PS and if I disconnect the optical drive and my extra fan no change. Anything else I need to let you guys know tell me.
