Seeking Help with video card/motherboard compatibility

Hi, I am looking to upgrade my graphics card. I think I have found a decent one for a fairly good price but I am not sure if it is compatible with my motherboard.

The card I am looking at is the Asus R9 290X found here http://www.b-com.ca/ASUS-R9290X-DC2...-Express-3-2xDVI-DHDMIDisplayPort-Retail.html

My current motherboard is the Gigabyte Z68P-DS3 http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3899#ov

Are they compatible? What are your thoughts on that particular video card?
