1x200mm front intake, 1x140mm rear exhaust. Where should I put my extra 140mm? Bottom intake or top exhaust?

I will be running :

Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming. (One for now, might SLI later)
i5-4690k
Noctua NH-D15
Phanteks Enthoo Pro

The Phanteks Enthoo Pro comes with a 200mm front intake fan and a 140mm rear exhaust fan. I'm planning to buy an additional 140mm case fan. Where should I put it?

I will be OC-ing.

More fresh cool air in. Reduces dust due to positive pressure and the warm air will find its way out the top.

Yeah, bottom, front, and side for intake. Rear and top for out take, keeps the airflow.

Personally I'd go with an additional top exhaust , that's what I did in that same case.

I never use bottom fans.
