What is bottlenecking my performance?

I just upgraded my gpu to a nvidia Geforce gtx 770. By looking at other peoples system, they're getting avg of 40-50 fps on battlefield 4. But I'm getting around an average of 20-30 fps and most of the time it lags and freezes. It also has about 20 avg fps in Metro Last Light on ultra, but I should at least be getting 30. What's wrong here?

CPU: AMD Athlon x4 750k
GPU: Nvidia Geforce gtx 770
Motherboard: MSI FM2-A75MA-P33
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB
PSU: CORSAIR CX series CX500 500W

theres a massive bottleneck by your cpu as it is weak. Try overclocking it and unparking it's cores and if that doesn't work, time to upgrade your cpu. If your gonna switch to intel go for a i5 4430 and a cheap mobo, or if you're gonna go towards am3 + (which i don't reccommend, but it's cheaper) get an fx-6300 +cheap mobo. IF you can i highly reccomend you get decent mobos and an overclockable i5 aswell as the cooler master hyper 212 evo
