Black Screen After Windows 7 Logo

I did a clean install of Windows 7 Home Premium on my desktop computer. After the Windows 7 Logo appears, the black screen follows. I can't run the Windows Task Manager. I've already did the Startup Repair from the Windows 7 Installation Disc. Help me!

Thank you so much for your response! I've got an idea. I removed my ATI Sapphire HD 4350 graphics card from the motherboard. Then run a clean install of Windows 7 again. The installation continued. I'll just put back the graphics card again then install its driver. Thanks!
