1150 socket | mATX | at least dual USB 3.0 header does that exist?

Hi guys,

Simply curious about that.
I wish to add a USB/SD card 5.25" reader to my build and would love to be able to have 4 total USB 3.0 plugs in my front panel.
If it only exists in the ATX form factor please do recommend one as well.

For full ATX, this has two sockets: http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z87%20Extreme6/?cat=Specifications

Still looking on the µATX front.

If you find the choice too limited, why not just buy a motherboard you like (which will almost certainly have one USB 3.0 header) and buy a PCI-E expansion card for the extra internal header e.g. www.amzn.com/B007SJGGAE/ ?
