Which graphic card is the better choice?

I would like to know which graphic card will provide optimal performance in a PCI-E x16 v2.0 motherboard.

AMD FirePro W5000 vs AMD FirePro V5900 vs AMD FirePro W5100

My doubt is W5000 & W5100 are PCI-E x16 v3.0, Does it reduce perfomance than V5900 in a PCI-E v2.0 motherboard.

expecting answers from technically skilled...

pci-e 2.0 are very fast slots and any latest tech in the market right now in 2014 cannot bottleneck it..

pci-3 3.0 is backwards compatible with 2.o slot without loss in performance

get the most powerful card you can.. dont worry , nothing will stop you
