How to set RAM frequency from BIOS.

Hi.I have this motherboard: Asus M4N68T-M , to reach 1600mhz frequency I need to O.C from bios..can someone teach me how to set the motherboard to run at 1600 mhz? timings and so on..

Thx for answer.Unfortunately I don't understand that guide so well,I am not english...tell me some simple steps how to force 1600mhz RAM run at 1333.Setting the times 9-9-9-24 and memclock value to 667 mhz or setting 9-9-9-27 , 800mhz would O.C the mobo to use 1600mhz? I have Kingston HyperX Savage 8GB Kit (2x4GB) 1600MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL9 DIMM XMP (HX316C9SRK2/8)

Go to advanced menu of your BIOS. Then there'll be some thing like
http://assets.overclock.net.s3.amazonaws.com/0/09/094f7...

Then from there select the speed at 1600MHz. Also May I know what's your CPU? Cause all CPUs and handle the 1600MHz

AMD Phenom II X4 810 @2.6 GHz and when I click on that link it shows an error.
