Near 0 free disk space even though I have almost nothing installed

I have a computer with a 128gb ssd (OCZ Agility 3) and 1tb hdd (WDC). I have been using it for the last 2 years. The 128gb ssd is running W7, and the 1tb disk is 500gb w7 and 500gb linux. When using w7, I have almost everything installed in the hdd. Also, 90% of my time I use the linux partition. I rarely use w7, only to make powerpoints, some video edition and some LabView programming.

As you can see in this image, it gives me at the moment 0 bytes left:

Using WinDirStat, it gives me 74gb used, which is already a lot, but it means that around 50gb are "lost in space" not even detected by this software:

if I just go and select everything in c: and check its disk usage, it gives me 36gb used. Which makes sense, considering as said that I barely have installed W7, Office and LV in this hard disk.

I have been having this problem for quite a long time, but it never went as bad as giving me 0 bytes left.

By the way, I have the Sophos antivirus, which is always updated.

Try opening a command prompt and running "chkdsk c: /f". It'll say it can't lock the drive and ask if it should schedule a
check during restart. Answer yes then restart; during the restart, it'll run a disk check and fix any problems it finds. It may find things like free space marked as allocated or errors in the volume bitmap.

If it finds lots of errors, the next question is "Why?" Maybe the disk controller, the cable or the SSD itself is faulty. It's worth running the SSD manufacturer's diagnostics to see if it finds anything amiss.

I tried chkdsk c: /f and it returned no errors.

I updated the driver from OCZ. I cannot see any diagnostic software from them.

The pagefile was already disabled. I disabled a few months ago when I started to have like 95% of disk usage.
