Hi guys,

I have bought new rig about 2 months ago and im encountering very annoying problem ever since.

While i play video my display randomly turn into gray/orange/blue vertical striped but keyboard/sound still available/

I have tried nonvenomous things to head this problem :

1. installed all knows version of AMD relevant drivers
2. used 4 different WIN7 version
3. upgraded my BIOS version to its maxed
4. lowered my base working FREQUENCY to 1MHZ instead of 1.070MHZ
5. Sent the whole rig to company - the claim its working fine
6. Bought new PSU : SeaSonic 600W active PFC
7. i ran fumark3D , prime and video card stress - no errors found

and YET NOTHING HELPED and the games keep getting that stripped display randomly

i got frustrated from the situation ...

Thanks for any input =)

Solution

you can use speedfan.. it can check the whole system temps simultaneously with charts and graphs if needed.. wonderful software

yup, i tried Antec VP-700P 700W which i borrowed from a friend ... it crashed after 20 mins ..
btw both PSU gives 1.213 VDC under stress to gpu (according to GPU-Z).

what are your cpu temps under load while gaming? and have you overclocked your ram?

41 celcius under the tested load... and nope i haven't OC my RAM

its the gpus fault but i dont find anything worng or suspicious.. the best thing you can do is meddle with the drivers

i am out of ideas

it's sure not SYSTEM RAM issue cuz i got 3 diff RAM sticks and every1 one of tham pass the memTest without errors.

I have checked my PSU with voltmeter... i couldnt see any dropouts...

Are there ways to check Temp sensors ?
