Should i spend my money on cpu or Graphics card or mobo

Hey guys so i was just wondering if i should spend all my money on a 970 or if i should invest in a new mobo and cpu or what i should do with my money my budget is around 389,12 £ and 486,05 $
Specs:
MOBO: Asus P8Z77 V LX
GPU: Sapphire Readon 7850
CPU i53570k
PSU: Corsair TX 650
Hard Drive: Standard C drive (very slow bootup)
RAM 8gb 2 sticks 4 gb 1 stick 4gb

GTX970 hands down if your use is gaming.
The 3570K is still very good for gaming, particularly with a mild overclock.

And... if you can find the budget, make the "C" drive a ssd. 120gb at least.
The benefit is not so much boot up time as making everything so much quicker.

Don't shut down and boot unless you need to. Use sleep to ram(S3, no hibernate)
Your pc will enter a very low power state and wake quickly.
