Would an intel core 2 duo E7500 bottleneck a GTX 470?

As the title states, I am looking at a PC (HP DC5800 specifically), and I'm looking to add a graphics card to it. The GTX 470 was the cheapest option I could find. I was wondering if the processor in the HP DC5800 would bottleneck the GTX 470. And if so, by how much, and what other cards would you recommend that are in the $70 to $120 price range? I am looking to play no more than Minecraft, Unturned, Team Fortress 2, Dota 2, and League of Legends. Possibly Bioshock and Bioshock Infinite.

Sorry. I got the Core 2 Duo model number mixed up. It's actually an E7500 model. Whoops!

Do you know any video cards in my price range (up to $120) That wouldn't bottleneck as bad, if not at all?
