Onesliceofham - Evo is standart, mainly for non-OC processors like Yours, and it's a great AF choice. In that price, there's Cooler Master Seidon 120V, with slightly better cooling performance, but a lot of noise, a it's really a piece of crap, so not an option. But since You asked, there's still that one.

The 212 EVO is commonly seen among budget overclocking builds as well, it's a good cooler for the price. If you wanted something cheaper that would still be a good improvement over the stock cooler you could consider the TX3:
