Good z97 motherboard?

I'm looking for a good ATX motherboard to be paired with my i7 4790k. I have my eyes on the Maximus VII Formula or the Sabertooth Mark 1. Currently I have a Sabertooth z87 which is not compatible with my new cpu.

Your current MoBo is compatible with your CPU, after a BIOS update. Go to the official site and flash the BIOS to latest version, you can then run 4790k on it w/o issues.

I downloaded the update but when i click on update.exe, it asks me to find the bios file but i dont know where that is.
