Upgrade ready, just need confirmation

Hi, I'm getting a new gpu so i can at least play on medium. Going to a gtx 750ti and i have a radeon hd 3450 atm w/ a amd athlon 64 X2 dual core 4600+ cpu. I want to get 4gigs of ram and atm i have 3 and I want to get a CX430 for the psu. What type of ram can get and if you could link me i would be grateful.
My mobo is M2N68-LA (Narra3)

Also, since i have a 32 bit system it says it can only take 4gigs of ram and 3.3gigs is actually available. So with 3gigs shouldnt ~2gigs be available?

run the memory tool it read your mb and ram and tell you if you can upgrade. from your postings it soulds like your system right now is maxed out. with 4g of ram windows will only show 3.2 of ram usable. if you can buy the video card local be care full some of the older mb had bios issue with newer gpu (no post).
