Please review my GTX 970 build (No overclocking)

I am planning to build a new machine:

Proc: i7 4790 (non K)
Mobo: Asus h97 pro gamer
GPU: MSI GTX 970 gaming
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB 1600MHz
SSD: Samsung 850 Pro
HDD: WD 500GB (I only save few games and songs on my computer. No videos/other heavy sized files)
PSU: XFX/Seasonic 600~ish watts
Tower: Bitfenix Shinobi / XPredator X3 (still can't decide)
CPU cooler: corsair h60 (I pref. hydro)

Concern: Is the motherboard "not good"/wouldn't keep up on this build?

awesome build but you don t really need a water cooler if you re not goeing to overclock a simple air cooler will be fine under the heaviest of loads

Thanks Carlrg & badboyrog2!!

I might consider i5 4690 to save some bucks..For case, I guess I'll go for shinobi (mid).. though I'm still looking other simple, classy & elegant look towers..

So, the MOBO is sufficient and will last long right?
