Trying to find the right motherboard to overclock

I know you guys are probably getting bombard with laymen like me crying for help with all the black friday deals so I'll keep it simple. I saw an i5 4690k on sale and I want to find the right motherboard with a good bios for overclocking it. This is my first attempt to oc anything so the simpler and easier to use the better.

I tried to find another one using pc part picker but motherboards are the one part I'm a little wary of picking my self. Mostly because I only understand half of what the parts on it actually means. Are on board network cards on par with the ones you can add? I'm using this for gaming so good network card is a must. I don't mind spending more if it leaves my self open to more upgrades in the future such as more sata connectors. I have a full tower so space isn't an issue.
