I am looking for a new pc and I found this one I play sims 3 and most expansions I also play minecraft I will only be using it for gaming not for homework here are the specs do you think I can run it

You'll want a more powerful CPU than that one specially for Sims 3 (aim for a i3-4330 or even better an i5-4670), also for gaming 8GB is enough so you could save some money dropping those 16GB.

I wonder how much is that PC going to cost you, that PSU is terrible, you'll need to upgrade it the moment you get a more powerful GPU (and I doubt it will last more than 3 years before causing issues), same goes with the case, being mini-ITX it will limit your options of GPUs when upgrading, better go with a mid tower case.
