Hi there. I just built my first custom rig. It took a while to get all the parts (I ordered them all separately, parts list below) and last week I finally got it put together. It ran really smooth and I was enjoying it so much until I went to bed, and I got home from work the next morning and wanted to use it, but it would not power back on. There's a green LED light on my graphics card that's constantly on when it has power and that wasn't on when I got home that day. Every time I flip the power switch on my PSU, the light just flashes on and back off immediately after. Right now, as I am typing this, my dad and I are working on it trying to go through every possible little thing that might be causing it to not power on. Any solutions? We are starting to get down to the point where we think it is a motherboard issue, but would like some insight before we make the decision to get a new one. Any help would be very much appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Parts list:
Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3
AMD FX 8350 8 core 4.0GHz (stock fan)
Asus Radeon HD 7770 2GB DDR5
Corsair RM750 750 watt PSU
Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB Kit (8GBx2) DDR3 1600 MT/s
Seagate Barracuda 2TB HDD
Corsair Corbide SPEC-02 Mid tower Case

Update: We managed to narrow it down to resetting the CMOS, which my dad found, and now it fires up just fine. Now, I have no idea what this means. Could anyone explain this for me please? Or should I take that question to another section of the forums?
