Hi i bought what should be a good pc but its getting terriblefranrate and constant shutter on arma 3 and far cry 4.. Help

ok bougt a pc(specs below) it should be good but on arma 3 and far cry 4 I get frame rates like 20 on even low settings..

ive poted thid question on dirrent dites a million times and I get answers like parked cores update you driver I've done all those and more and im still getting bad frame rates and lag.

ok check the stuff below please....

my specs...
gpu - gtx 980
cpu- i7 4690 @3.60
motherboard- gaming 5
and 8gb of ram

novabench score= 1192

ram= 200

cpu test= 825

graphics test=109

hardware test= 58

so please help me find a way I can fix my computer or is there a website that will find the problem for me just please help im desperate to fix my computer and play arma 3.... thanks

Solution
The monitor MUST be connected to the GPU, NOT the motherboard.

If it is connected to the GPU then the GPU is used. If it is connected to the motherboard, then the integrated intel graphics is used.

Connect the monitor to the GPU.

no its all fine but when I look at my msi afterburner im told my graphics card is a intel(r) hd graphics 4600..

my graphics card is a gtx 980 is this supposed to happen and do you have any more tips to get my pc running properly
