i am deciding to get which one, both are $45. i'm kinda leaning towards gs700 (used for 2.5 yrs has no problems according to seller), since it is tier 2 and has great reviews. The Fractal also has good reviews too but tier 3, so im kinda torn. but since it's new, maybe it's better for the life span?
this is mainly to try to fix my black screen problem with the r9 290. i'm quite sure my current (below) P/S is the culprit (two +12v rails, 21a each)
my system currently:
fx6300 @ 4.6ghz
r9 290 sapphire, plan to eventually put better cooler and OC/unlock 290x
1 ssd drive, 1 500gb 7200rpm drive
mushkin volta 650w
