Ethernet everywhere without pulling any cables is not such a simple project. In most cases, you will need a combination of devices. Powerline adapters are a good choice, but there is a limit to how many you can install, and then you will still need some wireless coverage for smartphones and tablets, etc. Make sure you plan out your total needs, and budget before buying the first thing.

That being said, look for a Powerline adapter with a Gigiabit port, and faster speed. These from TPlink fulfill this, and also additional units can be purchased to build out the network.
