Packet loss problems. Please help me.

I am getting packet loss on CS GO its goes up to 10% and messes up my ping. It never did this before. I just really want help. I dont know what else to say. So if you need anymore info just ask me.

If that happens on any server you join it's very likely a problem with your ISP, give them a call and report your issue and hope that they fix it.
