I was planning to buy a budget pc for abt 45k(INR) and posted the specs too in tomshardware and got a solution but now a new doubt has arised me on searching in google that new amd , intel processors may launch soon,so should i wait till the launch of new processors

This is my build

AMD FX 6300
Gigabyte GA970A UD3P
Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB
Western Digital Black 1TB
Nvidia GTX 750Ti 2GB
Antec Cabinets
Corsair VS 650
AOC 20inch

Now I need to know abt the power consumed, heat,FPS,Video rendering
Many said that AMD doesnt even perform equal to Intel i3 processors, consumes more power

some youtube videos i found that fx 6300 and i7 persoms more or less equal in gaming but some say in video rendering intel outperforms it ,

Radeon R7 260X: Battlefield 4 - AMD FX 6300 vs. Intel i7 3770K Frame-Rate Tests

Is it true and in what way does intel outperforms amd in video rendering and isnt it depend on the RAM and GPU ?
I would like to edit videos too so which will be better for me or which is the equivalent build in intel for the above specifications
And should i wait till they release their 5th generation & Carrizo

In some games and conditions, the FX-6300 can not maintain 60FPS. The GPU and visual quality settings are irrelevant to this consideration as the GPU can never render a frame for which there is no data for.

In compute bound gaming conditions, Haswell CPUs can be up to 75% faster than PileDriver CPU's depending on how the workload presents (how threaded the game engine/API/Driver is)

In GPU bound gaming conditions, there is no difference between Haswell and PileDriver CPUs.

Whether or not you will be CPU bound, or GPU bound while gaming depends on the games you like to play, the conditions in those games, and your performance vs visual quality expectations in those games. This is all a "moving target" so to speak, so it's not possible to say with any certainty whether or not the FX-6300 is going to meet your performance expectations.

The FX-6300 can play 99% of games and conditions at 30FPS. If your performance goal is 30FPS and you're going to adjust visual quality up and up until you're hovering around a 30FPS with the GPU running fill tilt anyway, then the FX-6300 is perfectly suitable.

The FX-6300 can NOT play all games and conditions at 60FPS. In fact, there are quite a few popular games, like WoT, WoW, Arma/DayZ series, SCII, etc, that will not maintain 60FPS on the FX-6300. (though in some cases, adjustments to configuration files can be made to help improve the CPU limited performance).

Point being, if you have a 60FPS performance goal, you'd probably be better off with an i5 than the 6300, as it will maintain that goal much more often.

---------

In video editing and transcoding, the FX-6300 is comparable in performance to an i5-4440, and can be overclocked to be comparable to an i7-2600.

Do you mean FX 6300 cant maintain 60FPS even with a graphic card for those games ?

So will fx 6300 last atleast for a year(i mean will it cope up with the games coming in future) cos i heard that direct x 12 may use multi cores
Or which i5 processor will be cheap and best for a pc build of 45-50k(INR)
