This is my first time changing a graphics card. Do i need to uninstall any drivers or can i simply just remove the old one and replace it with the new one?

Yeah you need to change your drivers,Just simply go to the amd website, there you will get your GTX 760 driver, or you may also checkout msi website for Drivers + extra softwares
